We're hiring! Under the direct supervision of the Steuben County Program Director and in conformance with the policies and procedures established by the Board of Directors, the Case Manager carries out the daily tasks associated with the case management of their County/Counties’ alternative dispute resolution (ADR) programs.
ACCES-VR Mediation: Building the Foundation - This training will provide participants with a deeper understanding of ACCES-VR mediation, vocational rehabilitation dispute resolution, mediation best practices, ethical and inclusive facilitation, program procedures, and the role mediators play in supporting meaningful outcomes for participants and service providers. It is designed for both current and prospective ACCES-VR mediators.
