With election week upon us, I want to acknowledge that anxiety levels are high, and to remind us to take care of ourselves. Remember to take frequent breaks to breathe, walk, or stretch.

Hispanic Heritage Month is celebrated from September 15 through October 15, honoring Hispanic and Latino history and culture and their impact in the United States. Hispanic and Latino Americans make up almost 20% of the total population in the U.S., making it the second largest racial or ethnic group.
