We are honored to recognize Cili Phillips as our Volunteer of the Month! Cili is a conflict coach, mentor, trainer, and AmeriCorps member with the Monroe County Office. Cili specializes in divorce and special education mediation.
Cili has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication and skill in her role as a mediator. Her ability to create a safe and supportive space for individuals to express themselves openly and honestly is truly commendable.
