End of Summer Bucket List

It’s crazy to think that summer is coming to an end and that the site of fall is just around the corner. But, have no fear, there is still plenty of time to knock some of those summer bucket lists items off before the leaves change colors. We know that everyone is different and everyone's summer bucket list consists of different adventures, but take a look at some simple and must-do activities before the summer ends.
Read A Book
If your kids are off of school, or you just have some downtime, try reading a book (or finishing one that you’ve started). Whether it’s a romantic summer novel or a mystery that keeps you on your toes, finishing a book is a summer staple.
Attend Various Local Festivals
We all know that Rochester’s summer festival scene never disappoints! If you’ve had the chance to go to all or most of the festivals this summer, that is amazing! Supporting and being involved in your local community is huge. However, if you have been a busy bee, there is still time to explore what comes to Rochester.
Day At The Beach
Summer wouldn’t be complete without a day at the beach. We are fortunate enough to have so many public beaches so close to us! A beach day is a perfect excuse to relax and soak up the sun for a day (just don’t forget your sunscreen). Pack a little picnic and knock two items off on your bucket list: a day at the beach and a festive summer picnic.
Road Trip
Pack your bags, call your best pals, and get ready for an adventure. We like to think that summer is full of fun, carefree and sunny days, so a summer road trip is an absolute must! Whether it’s a short drive or a long drive, the memories and fun are timeless.
Pick Your Own Fruits and Veggies
Nothing says summer like picking your own fresh fruits and veggies. We live in a place where the winters are very cold, but the summers get very warm, so take advantage of being outside and check out the local places to pick your own produce.
